Questo è possibile grazie ad un esperto e competente sistema di Customer Service, che è sempre a disposizione del cliente e che attraverso la propria presenza in entrambe le principali sedi, Italia ed Hong Kong, è in grado di rispondere puntualmente alle esigenze della clientela, collocata in diverse aree del mondo.
Il servizio tecnico offerto da Worldwide Dream non si esaurisce con il processo di sviluppo, ma continua con un’assistenza costante nella fase di utilizzo del prodotto da parte del cliente, grazie ad una struttura in grado di operare varie tipologie di test. Il fine di queste prove è quello di verificare la compatibilità dei prodotti con i materiali e tessuti utilizzati dal cliente, oltre che fornire le appropriate indicazioni per l’utilizzo del prodotto sviluppato. Sulla base dei risultati di tali test, l’ufficio tecnico redige dei report, che rappresentano un’indicazione fondamentale per la valutazione del progetto da parte del cliente stesso.

Based on the results of those tests, the technical office draws up reports, which represent an essential indication for the customers to evaluate their projects.
